The Recharge Early Adopter Program offers merchants the opportunity to try out new products and features on Recharge. As an early adopter, you’ll get early access to these products and features and provide valuable feedback that will help us improve Recharge.
This Early Adopter Program Portal is designed to bring together all of Recharge’s Early Adopter Programs into one place. By creating one consolidated resource, you can easily register interest for a Program and provide quality feedback for our Product team.

✍️ How to sign up
Click the card of the feature you're interested in, and scroll through the information to make sure it's what you want. Additional information can be found in the help center link.
If you're still interested and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the documentation, go ahead and sign up. In most cases there is a form linked to the card, but in others you can enable the feature directly in the merchant portal.
Once you've signed up with a form, our Product team will review your submission to ensure you're a good fit. We'll be in touch within the time frame shared on the sign up form to let you know the next steps.
⚙️ How to give feedback
We want to know what you do and don't like about our Early Adopter Programs!
To give feedback in one you're enrolled in, go to the card and scroll to the bottom.
Let us know how important the feature is by selecting either "Nice-to-have," "Important" or "Critical" and then follow it up with more information about your use case.
Our product managers review this feedback regularly and will be in touch if there are issues that need addressing.
